Tuition Payment Method
Marion Catholic uses the FACTS e-Cashier Automatic Payment Program managed by FACTS Management Company. This system allows tuition payments to be made in 6 non-monthly payments, semiannual payments ,or one annual payment. For more information or to complete the FACTS application process on-line, click on the FACTS icon or go to: http://www.factsmgt.com
Once there click on the arrow at the top left (FACTS hot links) and select- Grant & Aid (Applicant). From here you can set up a new user account or use your current user name & password.

Parish Subsidy
Our Catholic parishes and some non-Catholic parishes that have members attending Marion Catholic Jr/Sr Preparatory High School pay a subsidy to help support each child's educational opportunities. Currently the subsidy for members of St. Mary Marion parish is $400 for students attending Junior High and $200 for students attending Senior High.
The pastor of your parish makes the decision on the subsidy amount and if your child will receive this subsidy. We encourage you to meet with your pastor to discuss the subsidy payment for your family.

Tuition Financial Aid
Several sources of financial aid scholarships and grants are available to family's with financial need. Financial aid applications must be completed and submitted to be eligible for aid. Some grants have submittal deadlines so it is important for families to complete the financial aid applications early in the calendar year. Please contact the business office for financial aid applications and submittal deadlines.

The tuition listed in the table assumes the family has no students at Marion St. Mary Grade School. Marion Catholic and St. Mary have a join tuition agreement where families with students in both schools may receive a discount in their total tuition. Please contact the school business office for more information.
